1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the London Companion Society website and the provision of companionship, lifestyle and social accompaniment services by London Companion Society ("the Company", "we", "us" or "our").

By making an enquiry, requesting a booking, accepting a quotation or receiving services, the Client agrees to these Terms.

2. NATURE OF SERVICES

London Companion Society is a premium companionship and social lifestyle agency.

The Company provides lawful companionship services for adults including attendance at social, business, cultural, leisure and hospitality events.

Services are limited to lawful companionship and social accompaniment.

The Company does not offer any unlawful service and reserves the right to refuse any booking that is inconsistent with the Company's policies or applicable law. Similar providers commonly define their services as companionship-only arrangements and expressly exclude unlawful activities.

3. CLIENT ELIGIBILITY

All Clients must:

  • Be at least 18 years old;

  • Provide accurate booking information;

  • Comply with all applicable laws;

  • Conduct themselves respectfully at all times.

The Company may request identity verification where reasonably necessary.

4. SERVICES OFFERED

Executive Social Companion

Professional company for lunches, dinners, receptions and social engagements.

£350–£550 per hour

Fine Dining Companion

Attendance at premium restaurants and hospitality venues.

£400–£650 per hour

Corporate & Business Companion

Business dinners, networking functions, conferences and client hospitality.

£450–£750 per hour

Theatre & Cultural Companion

West End productions, galleries, museums, exhibitions and cultural events.

£350–£600 per hour

Luxury Shopping Companion

Designer boutiques, department stores and personal shopping experiences.

£400–£650 per hour

Sporting Event Companion

Wimbledon, Ascot, football, rugby, cricket, Formula One and other events.

£400–£700 per hour

Private Event Companion

Weddings, receptions, celebrations, charity functions and award ceremonies.

£500–£850 per hour

Evening Engagement

4–6 Hours

£1,800–£3,500

Half-Day Experience

4–6 Hours

£2,000–£3,500

Full-Day Experience

8–12 Hours

£3,500–£6,000

Weekend Experience

From £7,500

UK Travel Companion

Available by bespoke quotation.

5. THIRD-PARTY COSTS

Unless expressly included, the Client remains responsible for:

  • Transportation;

  • Hotels;

  • Event tickets;

  • Restaurant bills;

  • Hospitality costs;

  • Admission fees;

  • Travel expenses;

  • Other agreed expenses.

6. BOOKINGS

An enquiry does not constitute acceptance.

Bookings are confirmed only after acceptance by the Company.

Availability is never guaranteed until written confirmation has been provided.

7. PAYMENT

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • No membership fees;

  • No subscription fees;

  • No deposit for standard bookings;

  • Payment due upon completion of services;

  • Debit and credit cards accepted;

  • Invoice and receipt available upon request.

8. CLIENT CONDUCT

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment;

  • Threatening behaviour;

  • Violence;

  • Illegal activity;

  • Unwanted physical contact;

  • Intoxication causing risk;

  • Fraudulent payment activity;

  • Recording without consent.

The Company may immediately terminate a booking where such conduct occurs.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties shall respect confidentiality regarding:

  • Booking arrangements;

  • Personal information;

  • Correspondence;

  • Private conversations.

10. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation terms may vary depending on booking duration and scheduling requirements.

Applicable cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

11. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or third-party losses.

12. DATA PROTECTION

Personal information shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable UK data-protection legislation.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
